EMCDDA rules for public access to documents

Summary

Document of the EMCDDA Management Board stating that in accordance with Article 6a of the Regulation (EEC) No 302/93 on the establishment of the EMCDDA, the Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding public access to documents of the EU institutions shall apply to documents held by the EMCDDA.
