Women and Drugs (Mulheres e drogas) is the topic of the webinar organised by the EMCDDA's Portuguese Focal Point, General- Directorate for Intervention on Addictive Behaviours and Dependencies (SICAD) on the 27 October. Among the speakers is Ms Linda Montanari, EMCDDA, who works on the area related to gender and drug issues.
